The company is part of the Aarti Group, one of India’s leading industrial houses with over five decades of expertise across specialty chemicals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), pharmaceutical formulations, and surfactants.

Rooted in innovation and synergy, VASPL specializes in the development and manufacturing of Ketene and Diketene derivatives, along with other value-added intermediates serving high-growth sectors such as agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & flavor, personal care, dyes & pigments, fuel additives, polymers, and rubber chemicals.

Our greenfield manufacturing facility at Saykha GIDC, Bharuch (Gujarat), is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and built to uphold the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The commencement of commercial production of Acetic Anhydride marks a key milestone in our journey and reaffirms our commitment to meeting growing global demand for essential intermediates with assured quality and reliability.

VASPL is also home to a dedicated pilot plant and R&D center focused on developing new molecules and downstream chemistries. Several products have already secured customer approvals, while others are in various stages of development—demonstrating our strong technical capabilities and continuous pursuit of innovation.
